Business Development Manager (Construction) Luton/St Albans/North London (Remote/Hybrid working considered) Salary dependant on Experience Excellent opportunity to join a dynamic construction company in a close–knit and friendly environment, where you will have the opportunity to assist in the growth and retention of an excellent client–base. On offer is an exciting opportunity for an junior or experienced Business Development Manager to join a locally established and expanding Construction company. The right candidate will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects within the construction sector and help add to the successes of this already established construction companies. In this role you will be working under the Director to assist and help lower their workload. Your role will include Business development, where you will help maintain already established client relationships whilst also more importantly bringing in new business. The main aim of this role is to increase the companies tender intake. The ideal candidate should have experience within the construction industry (desirable not essential) in any sector and should be a great communicator, who is personable and has excellent client liaison. This role is a very client facing role so these skills are essential. The client will also look at more junior BDM's or someone who has supported one in their previous role and looking to take that next step. Also on the other end of the spectrum they would look at a more experienced individual who can bring their expertise to the company. The salary would obviously reflect on experience.
