Head of HR

We are excited to be partnering with a highly regarded, higher education provider, based in Oxfordshire. You will be joining a great HR team in the newly created role of Head of Human Resources. An exciting opportunity for an experienced candidate to use their creativity to shape this role and add value to the function.

The organisation is based in Headington (Oxfordshire) and you will be expected to spend approx. 50% of the working week within the office. It would be recommended to access the office via public transport/walking/ cycling as nearby parking is limited and costly. Therefore, we feel that it is important that you are local to Oxfordshire or willing to take a longer commute.

The role:

Providing coaching, support, and development to direct reports in the HR team Work closely with heads of department across the organisation to ensure the smooth delivery of ongoing change processes
Design and deliver coaching to managers within the organisation to enable best practice on processes and procedure such as capability and recruitment
Oversee to the continuous Recruitment, Reviews and Talent Development of employees Allocating and monitoring the workflow across the HR Team

We are looking to speak with candidates who have previously operated at Head of HR/Senior Business Partner level and can demonstrate the ability to deliver the day–to–day management of HR operations as well as ED&I & Wellbeing and continuous change.
