The role As our head of training programme, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will work on a unique training opportunity within the Armed Forces. Day to day, you'll undertake detailed analysis of training requirements and develop and incorporate clearly articulated solutions. You will Lead on development of the most cost effective means of meeting specified training needs. At Babcock, we have a history of helping talent go far. This role is based at Warminster, however the role will require travel and customer meetings.
