Strategic Sales Manager, Healthcare

LOcation: 100% Remote (Flexible)

Salary: GBP80K (OTE GBP100K)

The role of the Strategic Sales Manager is to collaborate across the UK Healthcare business and develop a successful growth strategy and customer experience. The successful applicant will be expected to drive customer and partner relationships resulting in positive commercial outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take our customers on a journey of digital transformation.
  • Take ownership for the customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals set by the business.
  • Increase the companies credibility and depth of engagement in the sector.
  • Engage and successfully drive partners around relevant solutions.
  • Ensure that the customer gets best value from their investments
  • Work closely with the CTO and Head of Consulting & Digital Experience to the benefit of the customer and partners.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Knowledge of UK Healthcare.
  • Track record of performance.
  • Proven executive level relationship skills.
  • Proven team development skills.
  • Experience of complex government organization environments.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation in public sector.
  • Experience of Discovery consultation

Desired Experience

  • Strong academic background and evidence of strategic thinking.
  • Experience in selling health care (Patient Engagement or Identity) technologies.
  • Understanding of UK Public Sector Data Compliance and standards
