HR Business Partner – Towcester Salary GBP60000– GBP70000 PA plus excellent benefits package Mon–Fri 9am–5pm Responsible for implementation of processes and systems that drive human resources, organizational effectiveness, employee and leadership development. The right candidate is self–motivated, familiarizes themselves with the business priorities and is able to implement creative HR solutions that align with those business priorities. Responsibilities: Implement and support HR programs within clients UK sites. Programs include performance management, compensation, employee development, diversity and inclusion and support recruitment to align with business strategies Support managers and employees through system and analytic needs such as Manager & Employee Self Service Tools, tracking and analyzing turnover data and other metrics as key indicators to organizational health. Recommend actions to address Use creative problem solving skills to address business needs that are often time sensitive Contribute to the continued improvement of HR programs, processes and planning within the company Ensure all actions are in compliance with appropriate employment laws, company policies and sound business practice Qualifications: BA/BS degree desirable 8+ years of HR experience as a generalist or supporting a specific HR function Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail (intermediate excel skills; ability to perform v–look ups and pivot tables) Experience dealing with difficult situations, and navigating through expectations to deliver exceptional customer service Comfort in implementing technical applications and employee interfaces, websites, training engagement, surveys, etc. Experience in public speaking or presenting to an audience Ability to prioritize, manage through change and deliver results Collaborative team–player
