We are looking to recruit an experienced Assistant HR Business Partner to work with and support the wider HR team. This is a busy generalist role, requiring a strong, confident and highly experienced HR candidate to work within a values driven organisation, and to link between the client groups and the HR Operations & Service Centre Team.
You will help drive forward the people agenda for our clients across a variety of aspects including employee relations, recruitment, training and development and workforce planning.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CIPD part/qualified HR professional to develop within a challenging but supportive environment.
You will need
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent to grade C/4 or higher or relevant work experience
- Driving Licence
- Knowledge, understanding or experience of HR policies and procedures including absence management, coaching and employee lifecycle.
- Working towards full membership or professional accreditation with a relevant professional body.
