Interim FP&A Manager-TV/ Streaming

MY CLIENT, A GLOBAL LEADER IN THE WORLD OF ONLINE CONTENT & STREAMING IS LOOKING FOR AN INTERIM FP&A MANAGER, TO PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN ASSISTING BUILDING OUT THE FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS TEAM FOR THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT.

In this newly created role, you will perform a crucial role of partnering with and providing support to the marketing team across the streaming business, ensuring the accuracy & integrity of forecasts and budgets, tracking and reporting performance as well as using analysis to drive strategic decisions.

MAIN TASKS

• Support with roll out and maintenance of standardised models for forecasting and reporting marketing spend and related KPIs/analytics.
• Review of financial and non–financial data, analysis, reporting variances to business partners and leaders.
• Involvement in forecasting, monitoring, reporting and analysis of marketing spend and KPIs for all regions, and on a consolidated basis, partnering closely with the Marketing & Growth team both centrally and in region.
• Responsible for building Long Range Plan, Budget and Monthly Forecasts in accordance with the financial planning and reporting calendar.
• Frequent reporting of KPIs and pacing vs forecast in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Marketing team.
• Working with senior leadership to constantly identify and monitor risks & opportunities.

Being CA, CIMA or ACCA Qualified, you will have 5yrs+ FP&A experience and ideally worked within a large global business with exposure to Sales & Marketing teams.
