We are partnered with the UK s leading employee financial wellbeing platform. Due to rapid growth they re looking for an experienced sales person to join their team as a Senior Business Development Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has extensive sales experience with the open–ness to learn and be excited about the fact there will be a lot to learn in a family feel environment.
What you ll be doing
• Your job will be closing significant business over the course of a year.
• Managing and retaining relationships through the sales leads sourced by experienced SDR s.
• Deliver on sales figures and working closely with the head of sales.
• You ll liase with a variety of stakeholders across multiple teams.
What you ll need to apply
• Track record of selling in private sector sales.
• Previous experience working in employee benefits and/or financial sector is desirable but not essential.
• Have experience in public speaking/presenting or similar.
• Be confident in forecast and planning along with reporting on aggregate and individual opportunities.
