Are you an exceptional board level EA, seeking an immediate temporary assignment? This role is incredibly fast paced, and you must be happy working outside usual working hours on a regular basis, in an office setting.

We are looking for an outstanding candidate to take on this exciting Temporary EA role in East Oxfordshire. Working for the CEO of this large, public company, you will be exceptionally professional, organised and efficient individual with first–class administrative skills, honed in a corporate setting.

Candidates can only be considered on a full time, temporary basis, paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll. There will not be the possibility of working as a freelancer or self–employed contractor.

This full–time role will start immediately, so candidates with a notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary EA to CEO Responsibilities

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:

Extensive diary management
Assisting with drafting communications
Slide deck production
International liaison
Travel and accommodation scheduling
Organising and setting up calls and meetings
Daily briefings with the CEO
Stakeholder management
Board meeting preparation
Minuting

In this temporary full–time role, you will gain invaluable experience within an established and culturally diverse environment.

Holiday pay is also offered alongside the generous hourly rate.

In return for this, you must be happy to work long hours; an agile attitude will be critical, especially where processes do not exist.

The Company

Following an incredible growth period, this client is seeking a progressive, dynamic and thoroughly flexible candidate to join as the EA to the CEO.

Temporary EA to CEO Requirements

You will be highly organised with the ability to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining an excellent standard of work. Your CV must demonstrate extensive senior C:suite experience, within a public company setting.
You must be an experienced stakeholder manager, able to liaise with shareholders, colleagues and exceptionally senior contacts with gravitas and professionalism.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to remain calm under pressure. With meticulous attention to detail, you must be competent with a range of IT packages.
This company uses MAC products – you should be well versed in these.
The Location

Our client is based in East Oxfordshire. There is parking available at the office. Please note this is a full–time, office–based position.
