Marketing Director

Director of Product Marketing – Maidstone – Hybrid (would consider remote with occasional office visits)

Are you tech savvy? Are you curious and excited about technology within the cybersecurity domain? My client, a leading, global cybersecurity company is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to oversee the positioning and bringing to market of the company s products and solutions. Managing a team of Product Managers and working closely the VPs of Products with other internal stakeholders, you will develop the product strategy manage the product life cycle.

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will:

• Manage the global team of Product Marketing Managers• With input from your team, develop and maintain Product Business Plans frameworks,• Provide strategic market insight by tracking industry technology trends and competitors and provide insight on the buyers and key buying criteria.• Ensure delivery of high impact products and launches that meet the demands of the market.• Develop pricing strategy for our core products.• Create, or oversee creation of, sales enablement tools (e.g., internal training collateral; public–facing product presentations, datasheets, etc.)• Review materials or campaign ideas created by local marketing teams• Oversee Emerging Market product and regional development/expansion.• Be responsible for compliance including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and for undertaking mandatory in–house company training as required.

About you:

• Relevant degree in business or directly related field is required.• Extensive proven successful marketing / product marketing management experience• Demonstrated ability to develop a high–level strategy while executing the small details.• Excellent communication, critical/analytic thinking, relationship building (internal and external stakeholders), and interpersonal skills• Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits• Creative and innovative mindset
