Finance Manager - FP&A

Our client a PE backed Business Services Group, with locations based in over 20 countries, a highly profitable growing, highly regarded organisation. They offer individual, tailored services to a huge client base and have grown organically and via acquisition over the past 2 years. They have an incredible opportunity for a Finance Manager to join the team with a huge focus on FP&A and driving that forward. Key duties will include:–

• Consolidated regional reporting, variance analysis vs budget and forecasts
• Prepare monthly financial packs for group
• KPI reporting monitoring business performance against KPI's
• Develop KPI's to drive the business
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and five year business plan
• Lead the cashflow reporting, liaising with Finance Business Partners across the Group
• Manage a Financial Analyst, setting objectives and performance reviews, training and support

The ideal person will be qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with at least 18 month plus PQE, advanced Excel skills, first rate communication, someone looking to develop there career, with ambition and drive. Able to think outside the box to find a solution in a very fast pace environment. This role is hybrid offering 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office near Liverpool Street.
