Construction Solicitor - Reading - £60,000 - £75,000
Our client is a highly-regarded commercial law firm based in the Thames Valley regions. They are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate 5+ year's PQE (non contentious) Construction Solicitor to join the ever expanding team.
This role can be full or part-time basis with hybrid working arrangements on offer.
Experience of advising on and drafting amendments to standard form construction contracts (e.g. JCT, NEC), collateral warranties, bonds and guarantees is essential, whether advising public or private sector developers, contractors or consultants.
Moreover, experience of reviewing and advising on consultant's appointments (both standard form and bespoke), collateral warranties and deeds of novation and an ability to draft and review development agreements, licences for alterations and pre-let agreements with works obligations.
This is an additional role due to an increase in the company's growth/work levels. The team in Reading will require you to work alongside two Partners and two Senior Solicitors, two Associates and a Paralegal.
