We are currently recruiting for this large public sector organisation, who due to growth have added two new posts to their recruitment team.

Working as part of a larger recruitment team, you will be managing the end to end recruitment for your stakeholders. This will involve working with line managers to scope their requirements and then using all your recruitment knowledge to advertise roles, ensuring the organisation is seen as a real employer of choice. Alongside direct advertising you will also liaise with external agencies to support the candidate pool.

You will then need to screen candidates, either by application or telephone interview. Once you have identified suitable candidates, you will then work closely with hiring mangers to arrange interviews and assessments right through to offer stage.

We are looking for experienced recruiters or resourcers, either from an inhouse or agency background. This is a hybrid role, with two days a week in their central Birmingham offices.
