This is a key role within the finance function, encompassing statutory financial reporting for multiple group entities and business partnering with international teams, supporting a range of projects and acquisitions across the organisation.

This is a key role within the finance function, encompassing statutory financial reporting for multiple group entities and business partnering with international teams, supporting a range of projects and acquisitions across the organisation.
Description
The Finance Manager will be supporting a fast-paced, highly acquisitive global SME Technology business which forms part of a much larger international group. You'll be responsible for the efficient and effective running of the accounting and finance function, with line management responsibility for a team of 5.
In addition, the Finance Manager will provide support to the wider business on tasks and projects outside of the core responsibilities.
Main responsibilities will include:
· Management of a team of 5 accountants
· Submission of management accounts with commentary
· Cost accounting, fixed assets and balance sheet reporting, in particular the timely and accurate reporting of results.
· Preparation of year-end statutory accounts for multiple entities
· Manage relationship with and output from external advisors
· Maintain monthly revenue sheets for recurring revenue streams
· Perform and review balance sheet account reconciliations
Profile
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with:
· Team management/leadership experience
· Passion for driving change and striving for continuous improvement of processes and controls
· Technical accounting experience under IFRS
· Strong IT & systems skills including Excel and ERP software (Workday would be advantageous but is not essential)
Qualifications:
· Full Accounting Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent) is required
Job Offer
