An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operational Manager to join the Medicine Clinical Board as Interim Director of Operations.
Reporting to the Clinical Board Director, the Director of Operations will be responsible for the provision of strategic leadership to ensure the effective and efficient management of all services within the responsibility and accountability of the Clinical Board.
The post holder will have leadership responsibility for the operational management of the Clinical Board, ensuring the effective implementation of national, regional and local strategies as well as a focus on transformation and delivery of recovery plans.
Current or recent experience of the management of patient flow in the Unscheduled care streams in Medicine/EU is essential.
