Recruitment Business Development Manager – Leicester
Salary – Up to 45k (depending on experience), plus a lucrative commission structure and company car or car allowance.
We are looking for an ambitious and keen person to help us extend our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
If you are an experienced Industrial Consultant or Business Development Manager who can demonstrate a track record in sales for the Industrial Recruitment sector, then we would like to hear from you
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients, whilst identifying new business opportunities.
The Role;
To have a clear understanding of the Industrial temporary recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients.
To recognise cross selling opportunities across the entire proposition to ensure maximum penetration across Quest Employments services.
Achieve targets and adhere to agreed actions plans.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs.
Carry out initial approaches via Email, Linkedin and on the phone following the set sales process.
Generate and manage ongoing pipeline opportunities and update CRM with all calls, sales details and follow ups.
Arrange Business meetings with prospective clients.
Desirable Skills / Experience;
Strong recruitment experience of 3+ years is essential.
Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets.
Billing GBP50K plus
Strong verbal business development skills including cold calling, qualifying client leads, solid questioning skills, extraction of useful information and getting past gatekeepers to the relevant person.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
A proven track record in dealing with corporate companies and SME s.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
