What you will do

Reporting to the Group HR Director, the Regional HR Director is responsible for deploying and coordinating the Group's HR policy within their area responsibility, in line with business requirements. You will set up and lead implementation while also managing and coordinating day–to–day talent management functions.

Your main responsibilities are:

Participate in the definition of the Group HR strategy, deploy it and steer it in a coordinated manner across the entire scope of your role, while adapting it to the business operations, in compliance with the legal constraints specific to each jurisdiction.
Determine, in agreement with the Group HR function and the Executive Directors, the actions and projects to be implemented autonomously, efficiently and effectively within your scope of responsibility.
Develop strong and trusted partnerships with Executive Directors and senior leadership teams to enable objective support to the business units.
Advise the Executive Directors: you have an advisory and support role. You must respond to the various operational requests in all HR areas (organisation, recruitment, mobility, training, career management, payroll, compensation and benefits, etc.) and must support them in all their HR–related decisions, while respecting the legislation specific to each country.
Implement HR monitoring and reporting tools and provide essential business information for Group Global HR Director and Executive Directors as required.
Gathering needs and expectations in terms of human resources from your business partners.
Defining the HR policy and projects in relation to the different areas of human resources: organisation, recruitment, mobility, training, career management, payroll, compensation and benefits, etc.
Seeking continually to improve HR effectiveness and employee/ stakeholder satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities.
Managing HR & Payroll integration for any newly acquired business that fall within your area of responsibility.
Governing the evolution of HR strategies implemented in the company.
Leading and supporting the regional HR team to deliver against objectives and collaborate effectively across the wider business.
Determining and managing, in collaboration with the Finance Team, HR Budgets under your responsibility.

In addition, you will be:

Defining the HR policy and projects in relation to the different areas of human resources: organisation, recruitment, mobility, training, career management, payroll, compensation and benefits, etc.
Seeking continually to improve HR effectiveness and employee/ stakeholder satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities.
Managing HR & Payroll integration for any newly acquired business that fall within your area of responsibility.

Requirements

Proven years of experience managing and/or directing Human Resources in multiple, global locations.
Proven years in defining the HR policy and implementing HR projects
Ideally Master s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
