Interim Finance Systems Manager (Outside IR35)

Marks Sattin are working in partnership with a leading Engineering organisation based in the North Birmingham area to recruit an Interim Finance Systems Manager on 3 month interim assignment.

The Interim Finance Systems Manager will report to the Finance Director and the IT Director and will provide key support on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation project. The Interim Finance Systems Manager will liaise with the finance function to best understand the requirements of the team and will fix any data discrepancies from legacy systems,

To be considered the Interim Finance Systems Manager will:

• Come from a Finance background and will possess experience with an ERP implementation, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Be an advanced Microsoft Excel user
• Have experience verifying data from legacy systems to the new system
• Have wide experience of all finance processes to allow deployment of critical tasks
• Be able to pick up various tasks simultaneously, working autonomously to validate and fix any data discrepancies
• Be a good stakeholder manager with the ability to liaise with individuals and teams in and out of finance
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be able to travel to other regional offices when required. This would be on a very ad-hoc basis
• Be able to start at short notice
