Head of People Partnering

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading UK Retailer in the recruitment for their Head of People(HR) Partnering. Role is home based with National remit and regular travel to the south East Head Office.

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will lead a team of Regional People Business Partners in driving the HR agenda across the business.

As the Head of Partnering, you will work alongside the Heads of Resourcing/L&D and Talent in the creation of a marketing leading People strategy to drive commercial growth.

Our client is moving through a period of growth and cultural transformation and we therefore need individuals who can manage change.

We are looking for proven Senior HR Business Partners or Heads of HR who have worked within multi–site businesses, ideally covering UK remit.

To be successful, you background must demonstrate leading remote and regionally based teams.

The hiring manager is looking for engaging individuals who can build strong relationships across diverse client groups.
