The Impact you will have:
Deliver a professional and proactive HR service by acting as a business partner to Managers and Heads of Department, providing effective HR solutions that support and enable the successful achievement of Elemis business strategy goals aligned to its mission, vision and values. The role requires a high level of confidentiality, efficiency, effectiveness, diplomacy, accuracy, and organisation, all to be conducted in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
The nature of your position exposes you to confidential information pertaining to the Company and its employees. All information must remain within the HR department and should not be discussed with any other member of staff or external body, only expose in the normal course of your duties.
The skills you have:
Degree in Human Resources
Qualified member of CIPD Level 5
Already working as a Generalist HRBP within a busy HR department
HR experience in Retail or FMCG companies with high levels of change and pace
A commercial approach to dealing with HR issues
A specialism in Employee Relations, Process Improvement, Policy Development and Procedures preferred
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi–task but work using own initiative
High attention to detail and accuracy whilst working with high volumes and tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Strong relationship skills and ability to influence at all levels.
Good project management skills
Up to date knowledge of UK employment legislation
Proven experience in using HRIS
Proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
