When we launched in 2012, we created a category by offering a small, fast and accessible wood–fired pizza oven that gave ordinary people the critical tool to make great pizza at home.

A Little About the Job
Ooni was born from our founder s consumer insight – that people would love to make great pizza at home. This job is all about taking that insight and turning it into impactful future plans for Ooni s products as we continue with our mission to make great pizza available to everyone.
This is a new position within a small but dedicated product management team, and will be responsible for shaping and developing this team as you provide meaningful insight into industry and consumer trends which will allow us to create long term strategies for product development.
A little more about the job:
It is essential that you:
Can demonstrate significant experience in product and category management roles, particularly in a senior position
Have experience in product management for consumer durables – a mix of products is great but we really do want to prioritise candidates who understand working with hard goods
Can parse complex market intel and insight reports into clearly actionable rationale for senior management and product teams alike
Can make friends easily! You ll have a clear understanding of how your role interacts with stakeholders across product, finance, marketing, sales and more and can quickly build relationships across those functions
Can help implement simpler, faster, better approaches to development roadmaps, forecasting, budgets, pricing and manufacturing plans.
Have a genuine and compelling passion for great pizza
Demonstrate Ooni s company values: Passion, Rigour, Innovation, Ambition and Kindness.
It would also be really nice if you:
Have done it all on a global scale, especially across Europe and the US
Have experience of start–up or scale–up cultures
Have experience of third party manufacturing relationships (particularly with suppliers in China)
Have been carrying out similar roles for at least 8 years
