Commercial Property Lawyer
A local authority based in Hertfordshire is seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer for an initial three-month period. The client is looking for someone to start 1st September 2022.
The successful Commercial Property Lawyer will be required to carry a full caseload from the outset. You will need to show a proven track record of dealing with matters such as acquisitions and disposals, leases and licences and general commercial property advice work. Previous local government experience would be advantageous.
Candidates must be able to start a new role on the 1st of September. You will ideally be able to commute to the Hertfordshire office one day per week.
The client is open to part- time and full time candidates.
Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide. However we are happy to consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary to fulfil the role.
At LAW Absolute we endeavour to respond to all applications within 48 hours. However due to the volume of applications we receive we may not be able to respond to every candidate individually.
If you have not heard from us within a 48 hour timeframe your application has not been successful and your details have not been retained. LAW Absolute acts as an employment business for temporary recruitment and as an employment agency for fixed term contract and permanent recruitment.
