Commercial Finance Director

Following organic growth to a turnover of GBP7m this creative business has funding in place and is about to embark on a period of acquisitive growth, they are now looking to make their first Financial Director appointment on either a full time or part time basis.

We are looking for a talented Financial Director who can operate within a fast paced, sales driven company. Working as part of an experience board you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, providing direction to the team in what is a people–centric business. You will take the lead on new acquisitions, handling due diligence and integrations, and will closely with the MD on strategic initiatives including contract management, renewals and pricing. The post is supported by an experienced finance manager.

On top of a highly competitive basic there is a performance related bonus and the possibility of equity. Our client is open to both a full time or part time appointment.
