Finance Manager

Trinity House Group are exclusively supporting a large Worcestershire based business to recruit a Finance Manager. The business has a reputation for their relaxed but high performing culture and genuinely known as a great place to be.Reporting to an excellent Head of Finance this role offers broad scope & autonomy to really add value. You will lead & mentor a small team, promote continual improvement re processes & controls and provide support to senior stakeholders throughout the business.

My client is open to meeting candidates either with experience in a similar Finance Manager level role OR candidates ready to take the step up and progress their career.

The role:

• Work closely with senior stakeholder including Executives, Directors and other departmental heads to support decision making, business planning and compliance.
• Responsibility for the provision of financial and management accounting, financial analysis, preparation of annual budgets, treasury, tax and VAT management.
• Deliver robust & accurate Month End in line with deadlines
• Provide consistently high quality and timely MI to support effective financial management and drive performance
• Manage the recruitment, performance management and mentor team
• Deliver ad hoc projects as required by Exec Board

The successful Finance Manager will have / be:

• Proven ability to lead & develop team
• Strong technical accounting knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at all levels
• Experience working with a range of financial reporting packages
• A desire to continually improve

The Package:

• GBP60,000 – GBP65,000 pa
• Hybrid working
