LHH are delighted to be partnering with a leading global smart energy solutions provider to help recruit a Head of OEM.
The main duty of the Head of OEM is responsible for managing key accounts of OEM customers, creating new accounts and maintaining a long term relationship with existing customers, maximising sales opportunities within them.
Key duties of the role will include:
Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major OEM clients and company
Resolving OEM client issues and complaints
Developing a complete understanding of OEM account needs
Anticipating OEM account changes and improvements
Acquiring a thorough understanding of OEM customer needs and requirements
Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Strategic planification to improve OEM client results
Negotiating contracts with client and establishing time–line of performance
Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship management
Bringing in new clients and reach sales targetExperience required for ths role;
Previous experience within electric and energy industry
Sales/business development/account management experience and strong communications skills
Experience working in OEM client partnership
Ambitious and focused, with a hunger to drive sales forward
Able to build rapport and develop robust relationships
