Description

The Manufacturing Manager will be accountable for ensuring all departmental activities are performed in compliance with regulatory guidance and are carried out according to the principles of GMP. You will grow the efficiency of existing organisational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organisation's internal capacity. The role has direct responsibility for maximising customer satisfaction delivering product on–time and in full by delivering the agreed production plan and compliant with regulatory and governing body standards. The Manufacturing Manager will deliver the production plan and ensure all staff are motivated and provided with necessary training to perform duties in line with EHS and quality standards. You will identify root cause of any deviations and ensure relevant documentation is reported

Profile

The successful candidate will have a significant track record supervisory management in a Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. You will have working knowledge of FD, ICH and GAMP. You will have excellent communication skills able to lead and organise teams and work cross functionally. You will have good technical knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and techniques/procedures. Ideally you will degree qualified in a Science or Engineering related subject or equivalent. Lean manufacturing and/or Lean Six Sigma qualifications would be highly desirable.
