Finance Manager

Search Consultancy is working with a UK market leader based in the midlands that require a Finance Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will support in the delivery of improving and rebuilding key processes and reporting across the management accounts team. Our client is operating a fully hybrid working pattern so the successful professional can split there time between remote and the office.The CompanyMarket leader based in the MidlandsThe RoleAs the Finance Manager you will work very closely with the management accounts team to review, improve and then help rebuild all key processes and reporting through both standardisation and automation. Duties will include key management accounting and driving continuous improvement as well as:–

• Assisting the finance team with rebuilding key processes and reporting
• Analysing financial data to forecast revenues and expenses
• Debtor production, reporting and analysis for month end
• Month end revenue accounting and reconciliation
• Supporting the Head of Finance with ongoing improvement projects
• Adhoc month end accounting assistance
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting

The Candidate As the successful Finance Manager you will have/be:

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent
• Experience of building and driving process change through automation
• Prior experience of revenue accounting would be desirable

The Benefits PackageThe following benefits package is available to the successful Finance Manager:

• GBP60000–GBP65000 on a fixed term contract
