Your new role
As Interim Finance Manager, you will become an integral part of the team, managing a team of 3-4 Qualified and Part-Qualified Accountants monitoring Month End and leading the improvement of processes. Alongside this, you will business partner with 2 international entities who are going through a divestment and restructure. Liaising with the FP&A function and liaising with various stakeholders both internal and external. You will be involved in various adhoc projects, covering process improvements and various forms of analysis in order to drive strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or similar) with clear management experience within a large or complex business. Due to the commerciality of the assignment, you will have strong communication skills, business partnering experience and be capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
