Your new company
A London based property development business with over 30 live projects in the UK. Following a management buyout last year, the company have created this new role for someone to take control of the Finance function of this small, growing development team.
Your new role
Reporting in to the CFO / Owner, this role will also have exposure to the Ops team on a daily basis and will give great, broad exposure for candidates with hands on experience, who want to work in a low volume, high value business, therefore with only a small amount of transactional duties.
Duties:
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be qualified with understanding of the construction / property development sector. You will need the motivation to take control of a function in the long term and grow a team.

Duties:
- Management or reporting for a portfolio of projects
- Ownership of management reporting process
- Creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
- Production of year end accounts
- Working closely with the commercial team, business partnering on cashflow and project delivery
