We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking and strategically minded Head of Financial Operations within our Financial Services Team to lead on all matters relating to income collection and payment services. Reporting to the Director of Finance and as a member of the Financial Services leadership team you will have influence and impact across the university. You will be a strong team player with sound management experience, able to establish relationships and credibility quickly and have proven experience delivering expert, pragmatic solutions to a variety of complex matters.
You will have leadership responsibility for the financial operations team of 23 members of staff in delivering streamlined customer focussed services that reflect best practice.
