Marks Sattin Executive Search is currently working with a prestigious International Property Investment and Development business based in Central London to recruit a strategic Finance Director to be responsible for their operations in the UK, Europe and America markets.
Partnering and reporting to the Group CFO and the regional Chairman, you will be the key driver in overseeing in all financial operations and have a strong presence in contributing to the development of all areas within the business, moreover the decision-maker to empower the growth of the business.
As Finance Director you will have overall responsibility for the IT systems, business developing and investing in large scale property development. You will be acting as a true leader and making sure that the business is adherence to financial laws and guidelines.

Requirements:
- A qualified accountant with a well-grounded and broad commercial perspective.
- Experience as a Finance Director, Divisional Finance Director and or an exceptional Group Financial Controller working in a Real Estate, Property and or Construction businesses is essential.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- A proven track record of strategic thinking and innovate mindset to driving business growth.
- A knowledge of a large, complex, and fast paced business would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
