FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER

Role overview:

We are currently looking for 2 Finance Business Partner supporting our Finance & Projects and Property sector. This role can be based in either our Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds or London office.

A broad and varied finance business partnering role to support two of our Practice Group Business Managers with the commercial and financial operations across the two practice groups. The role will require close collaboration with fee earners and partners across the practice groups; colleagues across the commercial finance functions of the firm (FP&A, Business Management, Pricing) as well as key stakeholders within financial control, financial systems and HR.

Candidate experience:

• Previous experience of working within a Professional Services environment.
• Previous experience of working within a financial control environment, whether through being in audit or a previous role that had core finance month end responsibilities.
• Knowledge of legal practice management systems (Aderant, 3e).
• Previous experience of working with Adaptive, Tableau or PowerBI would be highly advantageous.
• Proven experience of working with varied and cross–functional teams, to include IT, HR, BD and Finance.
