Competitive Salary and benefits package, based on experience
Full–Time, Permanent position. Hybrid working, with 2 days in the office (either Sunderland or Peterborough)
Key tasks will include but not limited to:
Delivering clear unambiguous analysis to support the change agenda typically within a delivery team
Support/lead the inception process by identifying the value proposition, key potential outcomes and costs; Knowing when just enough has been done to deliver the value;
Working on complimentary qualifications or experience. Active learner, keeps up to date with developments in your technical and professional area of expertise
Ability to bring the delivery team and the source of the business needs closer together
Contribute to our agile processes to ensure a high standard of delivery
Remove ambiguity and champion simplicity.
Ensure the teams have the right information to the right level of detail.
Focus on the right thing for our customers, ensuring that we are solving the right problem and can measure the value we add.
Work with agile methodologies and Lean thinking methods and practices across team
Manage workflow, stories and a backlog
The ideal candidate:
Qualified & experienced in a business analysis role
Thrives in a fast–paced digital environment; Knowledge of Agile methodologies and approaches; Naturally curious about acquiring new knowledge and best practice; Passionate about business analysis
Accountable for adhering to BA standards; Able to communicate confidently to a variety of audiences; Effective facilitation skills
Proven questioning skills and elicitation techniques
