Commercial Lawyer, 5+ PQE - Cambridge - A national and highly ranked Legal 500 team is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Solicitor or Legal Executive to work on a quality caseload of commercial related matters. Job Ref:9134
JOB TITLE: Commercial Lawyer PQE: 5+ LOCATION: Cambridge SALARY: £Dependent on experience
THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer an award winning team and deal with diverse caseload of commercial related matters including commercial contracts, projects, outsourcing, intellectual property and public procurement to name but a few. Highly ranked in the legal directories the commercial team offers the appointed Commercial Lawyer the opportunity to deal with their own matters and be involved in other commercial projects. The successful Commercial Lawyer will be drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts, advising on intellectual property matters as well as some public procurement matters.
THE CANDIDATE: Ideal Commercial Lawyers will have at least 5 years' experience in handling their own caseload of commercial matters. Commercial Lawyers with a keen interest in the technology sector and possess a strong commercial background are encouraged to apply. A fantastic opportunity to join a leading team who are continuing to grow and develop within the Cambridge market. The role will be varied and include the broad remit that is commercial law along with the opportunity to potentially wok on high profile projects.
