This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Court of Protection solicitor to join this long standing and forward thinking regional heavyweight firm. The team is recognised in Legal 500 and Chambers for Court of Protection work. With well recognised and respected Panel Deputies as part of the team you will be mentored by the best in this field.
You will ideally have at least 4 months experience in this field during your training contract and post qualification and you will have an impressive track record.
The caseload includes; assisting injured parties, elderly clients and those with special needs to manage their property & affairs where a deputy order is in place. The team also deals with court panel referrals, professional attorneyships and trusteeships for personal injury awards.
*Where a level of experience is indicated, this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
