A fast growing Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join their team to carry out work relating to all aspects of Court of Protection (Private Wealth), including, community care for compensated clients, affairs management and property management. Although Guildford is preferred, the client is open to the ideal candidate working out of their Southampton Office.

Description

Key Responsibilities of a Court of Protection Senior Associate (Private Wealth) include:
  • Working on a varied caseload of Court of Protection matters
  • Managing client relationships and budget
  • You'll be working alongside partners and senior partners
  • Coaching, mentoring and managing junior staff members

Profile

The ideal Court of Protection Senior associate will:
  • Technical skills in areas that include statutory trust and personal injury trusts
  • Have the ability to manage complex cases
  • Have a passion for people development
  • Experience undertaking private client work
