NQ-5PQE | Real Estate Solicitor | Agricultural | Lincoln
The Firm
A national firm full-service UK law firm which is expanding into the Lincoln legal market is seeking a solicitor to join their agricultural real estate team in Lincoln.
The Team
· Band 1 in the Chambers UK Guide 2022 for agriculture and rural affairs
· The Agriculture team in Lincoln represents clients ranging from individuals to private companies and landed estates.
· They advise on rural property transactions of all kinds, from farm sales and purchases to promotion and option agreements.
· They are specialised in advising farm partnerships and work with accountants to ensure consistency of approach.
The Role
· Work as part of a high-performing, ambitious and supportive team providing assistance on all aspects of Agricultural Property work including:
o buying and selling farms and estates
o agricultural tenancies
o easements
o bank security work
o advising landowners on diversification projects such as commercial leases and selling land for development
· You'll work with the wider real estate team on large complex deals, build up your own caseload and help the team to deliver a fantastic service to clients.
You'll need to be NQ-5PQE with previous experience of any of the following:
· Agricultural property
· Commercial Property
· Development
· Residential Conveyancing
They are keen to hear from Newly Qualified candidates demonstrating relevant experience gained during your training contract.
In addition you'll also need:
· a desire to enhance and build client relationships and exceed expectations
· excellent communication skills
· a high degree of initiative and the ability to cope in a fast-moving environment
· excellent organisational and prioritising skills
