Finance Director, Creative Agency, Central London, £90-100k plus benefits
We have an exceptional opportunity for an agency Finance Director to join a creative powerhouse. This opportunity will suit a dynamic and commercial finance leader to partner with senior management. You will lead a team of 6 and be responsible for leading and managing the finance team to efficiently run the agency finances as well as maintaining the Company's financial records to meet the requirements of the auditors and statutory bodies.

You will lead a team of 6 and be responsible for leading and managing the finance team to efficiently run the agency finances as well as maintaining the Company's financial records to meet the requirements of the auditors and statutory bodies.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the day-to-day operational aspects of the finances run efficiently, as well as the strategic direction.
- Reviewing annual budgets, reforecasts, rolling forecasts, statutory accounts preparation and corporation tax calculations.
- Reviewing monthly consolidated management accounts, analysis and performance commentary to identify and communicate areas of concern and suggested improvements.
- Presenting clear and user friendly monthly financial reports, analysis and cash flow projections for the executive team to make robust business decisions.
- Working closely with the regional Managing Directors to provide insight and advice.
- Partnering with the senior leadership team to advise on financial planning of their business area.

- Overseeing cash flow and treasury, ensuring clients are paying within a timely manner.
- Leading process for financial data required for pitches and RFI’s, as well as advising on client rate cards.
- Delivering detailed insights into client profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Ensuring client contractual rates, payment terms, financial obligations, rebate policies etc. are implemented and followed.
- Working with the executive team on various scenario planning.
- Collaborating with external accountants ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP.
- Overseeing the efficiency of the finance team, leveraging technology and systems to minimise manual processes.
- Leading, managing, supporting, developing and motivating the finance team.
- Be Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)

- Driving vision and standards across all areas of the business and championing through daily interactions at all levels.
