Compliance Business Partner (FTC)

Compliance Business Partner (FTC), London (hybrid working). GBP70–80k plus bonus & benefits.There is a strong possibility of this potentially going perm but not guaranteed.Exciting time to join a growing insurance business who are part of a large international Insurance Company. The role:

• This is a generalist role, working closely with the Head of Compliance to ensure compliance systems, controls and frameworks are in place, fit for purpose and being adhered to.
• Providing advice and support relating to Controls & Frameworks and areas of regulation and legislation applicable to the firm s activities.
• Create or support or influence the creation and development of policies, procedures and framework.
• Working closely and proactively with key stakeholders and colleagues to ensure that relevant regulatory and legislative changes are appropriately considered, and where appropriate support development and implementation of any necessary changes to business processes and or procedures.
• Conduct monitoring and assurance activities.

To apply:

• You must have gained compliance experience in a similar role within the insurance market. Preferably company and/or Lloyd s market.
• Be highly trustworthy, discrete and capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Experience of working in an office environment with stakeholders at different levels.
• Good planning and organisation skills.
• Able to prioritise workload effectively and able to work independently.
