The Head of Engineering role sits alongside the Product Manager, as well as the leads for Client success, Marketing and Sales.

Deliver a seamless, precise user experience to support successful pilots with new prospects and to delight existing client teams. This is grounded in on–going reliable software, and the corresponding data availability and data accuracy this enables.

Description

I'm looking for candidates with advanced design and engineering skills to drive the execution and success of the analytics platform.

You'll be able to demonstrate technical leadership, management of engineering resources, internal communication and delivery.

A developed and demonstrable technical experience, with experience managing a development team in the enterprise SaaS space. Strong communication and engineering leadership skills, including experience of translating commercial requirements to the technical team, and vice versa. Responsible for SaaS solution architecture and performance, having previously built a SaaS product in a Series A–C organisation

Deep knowledge of: Microsoft's ecosystem including Azure, DevOps, .Net, SQL Server and Active Directory. Data processing frameworks / ETL including Databricks and Datafactory. Core React Restful API and Web services

Data–led in your decision–making and your progress reporting. Strong written, verbal and organisational skills and a very keen eye for detail. Thrive in an environment of relaxed intensity, with a collegiate attitude and positive outlook.
