With offices across the US and Europe their growth plans for the next few years are very exciting.

Although the business has reached new highs it still has the underlying values of a family business.

A 9 month fixed–term contract for a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Managing Director (MD) position has become available, and this is where YOU come in!

For us to consider you for this PA position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

High organisational skills
The ability to maintain a successful, honest and trustworthy working relationship with a peer within a Senior Leadership position
Exceptional understanding of prioritising workload for both yourself and Senior Leadership positions
A tenacious and polished approach in problem solving and overcoming setbacks or change
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
Experience of working as a PA in a fast paced, busy environment

No two days here are the same, so this position would suit someone most who thrives in a busy environment, is proactive in their approach and enjoys taking the bull by the horns to ensure a positive, successful and organised outcome.

Responsibilities of successful candidate(but not limited to):

Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
Typing, formatting and editing of documentation and presentations
Database entry and maintenance
Answering and screening telephone calls
Arranging meetings and managing travel arrangements (including Visas and accommodation) for the CEO and MD

Diary management
Assisting where needed in following up on actions which falls within the CEO & MD s responsibility, including reminding of pending actions

Liaise with the Marketing department to arrange the CEO s attendance at events
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required

Due to the rural location of this company you will need access to your own transport.

20–25 hours per week.

Salary Negotiable dependent on experience.
