We are looking For National Business Development Manager for Facility Management& Retail sector.
Delivers business growth
Develop new business strategies in line with business objectives and sector needs
Maximise account sales and profit
Anticipation and reaction to continual market changes including feeding back centrally any new product/solution opportunities
Forecast of account stock requirements and management of the extended supply chain
Develop and maintain an active prospects list
Ensures project outcomes are delivered
Create of an annual business plan for defined key customers / segments / dealers
Set clear and obtainable personal goals
Actively participate in problem identification and process improvement
Reviews progress regularly
Takes action as required to deliver required outcomes
Focuses on customer satisfaction and meeting needs
Meets needs within established clear standards of performance
Shows initiative and innovation in meeting needs
Selection of route to market including distributor relations
Introduce sector specific offerings to meet customer needs
Develop robust relationships with the account – at all relevant levels
External Customer facing
Understand customer needs and provide value added solutions.
Manage relations with third party providers (TCS/agents).
Maximise share of wallet in new account
Develop robust relationships with the accounts, at all relevant levels, but significantly with senior decision makers and influencers.
Develop robust relationships with Channel Partners at all relevant levels
Anticipation and reaction to continual market changes including feeding back centrally any new products / solution opportunities.
Requirements:
Strong credibility and record of selling success in B2B sales with large national accounts
Experienced in operating within the cleaning or facilities industry
Proven success of selling total value propositions into large national accounts
Experienced with managing complex deals and implementing large roll outs
Demonstrates understanding of the facility management sector and its relationship with retail
National channel knowledge
Strong negotiating & closing skills
Skills and Competencies:
Strong credibility and record of selling success in B2B sales with large national accounts
Experienced with managing complex deals and implementing national roll outs
Experience of improving profit performance in large national accounts
Breadth of experience across various business sectors
Regional/National Distributor & Channel knowledge
Experience with senior level cross functional customer contacts
Ability to select the appropriate programmes to meet customer needs
Numerate with excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills
Effective verbal and written communication
Effective and demonstrable networking skills
Analytical skills (using the financial reports available)
Strong negotiating skills
Planning and organizational skills
