Mid size Charity, multi site, based North London are seeking a hands on Finance Director to develop the accounting, systems and processes and manage the small finance team for ongoing fit for purpose.
THE POSITION
The Interim Finance Director responsibilities include:
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should be qualified, prepared to be hands-on, experienced in developing accounting and finance systems and departments, troubleshooting ability. Able to manage auditors and trustee relationships positively. Candidates may or may not have Charity experience.
The salary banding advertised is a guideline, the remuneration offered will be commensurate upon experience.

- systems and process development
- manage small finance team
- financial modelling & business planning
- cashflow, budgeting, forecasting
- assess finance area, develop team management and training
- liaison with management and trustees
