Our PE backed, multi-site housing client require an Interim Finance Budget Consultant to support them with the production of their complex overheads budget, as the business begin a restructure.
You will support both the Finance Director, and FP&A Director yet be required to work with numerous stakeholders across the business, and be self sufficient and autonomous in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
You will support both the Finance Director, and FP&A Director yet be required to work with numerous stakeholders across the business, and be self sufficient and autonomous in delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver a complex overheads budget – looking across plans including TSAs, separation, management charges and developments to reassign metrics, secure board approval and improve the allocation of varying resources
- Hands-on, detailed exposure with detailed and operational complexity – liaising with senior stakeholders to ascertain, challenge and communication financial information
- Deliver detailed outputs and synthesise information to draw through key messages/drivers of cost and flex mechanics to the ongoing budget
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management skills to extract, and deliver information when required
- Excellent commercial skills, with prior experience delivery budgets, namely associated with overheads
- Demonstrable experience working in an ambiguous environment with complex, matrix structure
