BASIC SALARY: Up to GBP40,000 (DOE)

As our Business Development Manager / Sales Executive, you'll be joining a contractor specialising in commercial refurbishments, designing and building workspaces to support business needs.
You'll contribute to the project from the beginning of the sales process right through to the finished result and everything in between. This will include lead generation, client visits to take specifications and conducting site surveys to provide relevant information to our estimating and design team.
As long as you bring with you a proactive attitude towards learning and you have proven evidence of a successful career in sales, especially New Business Development, we'll provide the training and support you need to enable you to really excel in this role.
We're looking for someone with great sales experience over qualifications however, you'll need:
A confident approach when communicating and presenting ideas to customers
The ability to plan and organise your time efficiently to maximise opportunities
A full, clean driving license. You'll be on site visits within an 80 mile radius of Raunds.
Above all, we want an experienced Business Development Manager who can contribute to the growth of our business, this role will suit you if:
You're self–motivated and driven
You're not afraid to pick up the phone and identify new opportunities – and then close on these opportunities!
If you bring with you experience within the construction/architect/M&E sector and the understanding of products used within the internal fit out of a commercial building and/or mezzanine floors, this would be advantageous, but not a necessity.
It is highly likely you will have worked in any of the following roles and/or markets, and worked with the following products and/or services: Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, New Business, Area Sales Executive, Territory Sales Executive, Estimating/Costing, Mezzanine, Commercial Refurbishments, Commercial Interior Design, Dilapidations, Field Sales, Business Development,
