The Role
Transformational role, reporting to the CEO, key member of a customer obsessed senior exec team, focused on business growth, harmonising complex multi–site, multi–functional operations, reducing cost to serve whilst delivering a world class customer experience.
Responsible for all things IT, data, current and future technology, inspiring a large multi–disciplined team to deliver a significant programme of change, whilst maintaining robust day to day operational capability.
