Interim Head of Accounting and Tax
GBP600–750 day rate outside of IR35
Finatal is working with an exceptional PE backed Manufacturing business that is relatively new, putting 8 acquired businesses together and needs a technically strong Head of Accounting and Tax to come and upskill the finance team, improving processes and procedures and work very closely with the CFO.
You will be:
- Responsible for the preparation of the groups IFRS consolidated financial statements
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Responsible for all tax matters of the group
- Supporting group wide tax audit
- Responsible for maintaining and developing the Group Accounting Manual
- Tax and accounting support for M&A projects
You must:
- 10 years of experience as a Head of Accounting and Tax or similar role
- Good knowledge of financial legislation, regulation and practises
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or similar)
