Scrum Master - SC Cleared

As part of our continued support to our client, Expleo is looking for qualified Scrum Masters at all levels of experience to support two major development programmes. These hybrid roles will be based on an as required basis (expected to be 2–3 days per week onsite, remainder working from home) at the customer's facilities in either Hertfordshire or Bristol. Due to the nature of the project we are able to offer permanent or contract roles, the salary/rate will be negotiable based on experience, seniority etc.

Responsibilities

Each Scrum Master will work within multiple small development teams to provide leadership, facilitation and coaching to the team.

Responsibilities will include:

Conducting Scrum ceremonies.

Shielding the team from interference.

Liaising with stakeholders to remove roadblocks.

Verbal and written reporting to the customer.

Continuous improvement

Risk management

Skills

Essential:

A strong understanding of Scrum principles.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work within a team from a range of backgrounds

Desirable:

Exposure to/knowledge of other Agile methodologies

Experience

Scrum Master qualification
