Financial Controller (Manufacturing sector)

As the Financial Controller you will be responsible for leading the companies financial accounting, reporting and helping with the consolidation of accounts.

Our client is a well regarded reputable company going through a period of growth with an exciting interim Financial Controller role.

Description

Financial Controller:

- Experience in Financial accounting and reporting.

- You will work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure the accounting standards are compliant.

- There will be a strong focus on the consolidation of accounts

- Leadership and management of the finance team.

- Recommend changes to improve the companies financial performance and controls.

- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the groups accounting records and financial system.

- Prepare the accurate monthly management accounts and performance reports for senior management in a timely manner.

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flows and continue to monitor and review performance against them.

Profile

- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)

- Previous experience in the manufacturing sector is a must

- Experience with the consolidation of accounts

- Extensive relevant technical and commercial financial experience.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Demonstrable communication skills complete with high standards of accuracy and presentation.

- High levels of IT and internet-literacy, especially in web research, MS Office applications

- Able to commute to Fareham on a hybrid basis

Job Offer

£300-£400 per day (experience dependant)
