Interim HR Business Partner
Hybrid working from Leicester–based office
CGBP60,000 pro rata

ER Recruitment are working exclusively with our U.K. leading client, who are growing rapidly and now seeking an interim HR Business Partner
The client have a strong reputation throughout the nation for being people–centric, both within their business and externally to clients.
Role & Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
Build close relationships with the key internal stakeholders
Proving strategic advice to internal stakeholders on a variety of HR matters
Assist in the recruitment process guiding and coaching hiring managers
Support hiring managers in dealing with Employee Relations/Performance management issues
Analyse data and use to inform and drive local service, regional and divisional initiatives in improving processes, retention and engagement.
Supporting the creation of a strong and inclusive working environment
About You as the HR Business Partner:
CIPD Level 7 qualified
Previous experience at Business Partner level ideally from a Logistics/Supply Chain background or Customer Service/Sales.
Proven background in developing a team and working alongside other HR Business Partners
Sound problem solving and judgement/decision making skills
Strong commercial acumen
High attention to detail with a strong customer focus
